Ballina Players has been providing quality community theatre for the past 50 years to the people of Ballina and surrounding districts. We have a strong subscription and membership base. In recent years the season has developed a pattern which incorporates 2 musicals, 2 plays and 1 youth production. It has been a proud tradition within Ballina Players to support local charities by offering charity nights during the run of productions. The list of past productions is available on the web site and you will see it is a very varied and comprehensive list of productions. Ballina Players is fortunate and proud to own its own theatre on land owned by Ballina Council and is currently planning to extend to provide greater costume and storage space. Ballina Players has a broad membership of producers, directors, actors, musicians, technicians and front of house volunteers and we aim to develop youth theatre within the community. New members are always welcomed and encouraged to participate.
