A magical peach! An imprisoned boy! Insect friends! An incredible journey! This amazing adventure of James Henry Trotter will fulfill the fantasy of anyone who has ever dreamed of escape!
Come October – and it’s almost time for Murwillumbah Theatre Company’s annual family
pantomime. This year Murwillumbah are able to present, free of charge, James and the Giant Peach adapted for the stage by Richard George from the story by Roald Dahl.
The production opens on Fri Oct 14th at 7.30 pm at Murwillumbah Civic Centre Auditorium and continues until Sun Oct 30th at 2 pm.
Roald Dahl's story comes hilariously to life in this delightful dramatization that reveals the
wickedness of some, the goodness of others, and the indecision encountered by many when they are faced with crises.
Even though this event is free, due to funding, bookings are still required -
online via https://www.trybooking.com/CCGUU or through the Box Office at murwillumbahtheatrecompany.com.au or BOOK ONLINE at Gold Coast Theatre
Tickets are also available from Larkins Electrical, Main St, Murwillumbah.
The set up will be row seating with refreshments available for purchase during the interval and some complimentary snacks for children.
James and the Giant Peach is proudly sponsored by the NSW Government in partnership with Tweed Shire Council.
