1) BITTERSWEET MADNESS — Alessandra Theatre Company

- Production / Director: Bittersweet Madness — Alessandra Sailsbury

- Role: JAMES FINCH (male) — Believes he is the institution’s psychiatrist but is actually a resident: a former famous theatre director who has become delusional and schizophrenic.

- Rehearsals: Sundays, 1:30 PM–4:00 PM at Robina Community Centre, Room 2.2 (upstairs)

- Performances: Two shows at Robina High School Theatre at the end of July (exact dates TBC)

2) AROUND THE WORLD IN 80 DAYS — Tugun Theatre Company

- Production / Director: Around the World in 80 Days — Nathan Schulz

- Role:

PHILEAS FOGG (male, mid-30s to late-40s) — A fastidious, resolute English Gentleman: composed, confident, intelligent, meticulous, adventurous.

- Season: May 8–30, 2026. Performances: Fridays & Saturdays 7:30 PM (QLD time); Saturday matinees May 9, 16 & 23 at 2:00 PM; Thrifty Thursday May 28 at 7:30 PM.

- Rehearsals: February / March / April — Mondays & Thursdays; please arrive 6:30 PM for 7:00 PM start.
